By engaging Automated Network Solutions ("we," "us," "our") for any service, you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
We provide AI receptionist deployment, GoHighLevel setup, automation configuration, and ongoing management services as described in your individual engagement agreement or invoice.
2. Payment
Setup fees are due upfront before work begins. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on the same date each month. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
3. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide timely access to accounts, assets, and information required to deliver the services. Delays caused by the Client may affect delivery timelines.
4. Cancellation
Monthly management services may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. One-time setup engagements are non-refundable once work has commenced (see Refund Policy).
5. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the three months preceding the claim.

Refund Policy

Setup Fees
Setup fees are refundable in full if requested within 48 hours of payment and before any work has commenced. Once configuration work has begun, setup fees become non-refundable due to the time invested.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice, and you will not be charged for the following month.

If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us at hello@automatednetworksolutions.net before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving any issue fairly.
